This keeps your metabolism healthy and responsive,

Primer Phase

2-4 weeks (or longer depending on your dieting history)

Setting the Foundation

The Primer phase is where you stop guessing and set a solid foundation for body transformation.

Here we build a strong and responsive metabolism by finding your optimal maintenance intake, learning to fuel your body properly and improve training, movement and recovery.

This is the step most people miss… and it’s why their strategy fails. By doing this groundwork, your progress in future phases becomes more predictable.

Fat Loss Phase

8-16 weeks (depending on your goals)

Strategic and Focused

Once the foundations are in place, we move into a deficit with a strategy and deadline so you can lose fat while maintaining muscle and strength.

Targets are clear, progress is tracked, and adjustments are made calmly rather than reactively. Strength training stays consistent, hunger is managed properly and you'll learn how to navigate life while still getting results.

Maintenance Phase

4-12 weeks (or forever!)

Maintenance is where results are kept. Here, we intentionally bring calories back up, stabilise body weight and allow your body to settle at its new level.

This phase is optional for those who want to improve definition, strength and long-term results.

The minimum commitment is 12 weeks - because that’s the minimum amount of time needed to properly learn the process, apply it consistently and start seeing meaningful change.

After your initial 12 weeks, you’re welcome to stay on for ongoing coaching, progression and support as you move through a full transformation cycle.

  • Customised nutrition with guidance to set and adjust your own targets (no cookie-cutter numbers).

  • 3 or 4 x weekly resistance training program (home or gym) that progresses through phases every 6 weeks.

  • Education modules teaching you how to fuel, train, monitor progress, and adjust.

  • Weekly live Q&As to get your personal questions answered.

  • Private Facebook community for individualised coaching support and accountability.

  • App access to log your workouts and track progress.

Most programs give you a generic plan. LBB gives you the skills to adjust your plan to your body, your metabolism and your lifestyle. Even in a group setting, it’s customised to you - so the results last.

Nope. Your targets will evolve as your body does.

You’ll learn how to review your own progress and make tweaks when needed through different phases - with my guidance along the way.

This means you’ll always know how to move forward, instead of second-guessing or stalling.

Not at all. After your first 12 weeks, you can continue on a monthly rolling membership.

Many women stay for months (even over a year) because they love the accountability, community and ongoing results.

But you’ll also leave with the skills to continue on your own if you choose.

Yes! Tracking is a crucial part of the method - but it’s not about obsession.

We use flexible nutrition, focusing only on calories and protein.

This gives you the best data to hit your goals quickly, while still enjoying foods you love. And no, you don't have to track forever.

You’ll also learn how to transition to intentional eating to maintain your results once you’ve built the skill.

Because you choose the food you enjoy to hit your targets, it works whether you’re a fussy eater, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free or anything in between.

You’ll never be told to eat foods you don’t like or have a list of 'good' and 'bad' food - this is about building a way of eating that works for you and having a healthy relationship with food in the process.

Perfect - because that’s real life! You’ll learn how to plan around events, weekends away or holidays so you don’t lose progress.

The Primer, Maintenance and Lean Build Phases are focused on maintenance calorie ranges and we also use strategic diet breaks in the Fat Loss Phase to give you more flexibility when needed.

Nope. You’ll be eating real, everyday food from your local supermarket. No fancy supplements or specialty stores needed.

For most women, groceries cost about the same as they already spend - sometimes less, because there’s less guesswork and waste.

Flexible nutrition means nothing is off-limits.

You’ll learn how to enjoy meals out, soul foods and drinks in moderation while still making progress.

The fat loss phase DOES require more restraint but not extreme restriction. Balance is the goal.

The home workouts only need an adjustable set of dumbbells. This one from Amazon is a good example of what to search for - there are more budget friendly or higher end options so have a look at what works best for you.

You need an adjustable pair (unless you have a full range of DBs already!) because we need to apply progressive overload in the workouts to see change and that means you need a range of DB sizes to progress through.

100%. You’ll have:

  • A private Facebook community where you can ask questions and get indepth answers on your individual situation.

  • Me in the group Monday–Friday, coaching and supporting you.

  • Weekly live Q&As (with replays if you miss them).

  • A full education portal guiding you step by step.

The support is there if you want it - you just need to ask. The women who see the best results are the ones who show up, take action and ask for coaching when they need it.

If you want more support at any time you can also book a one private 30 minute call if you'd like some extra support. These calls are available at an additional cost and are a great way to get personalised guidance when you need it.

Commitment: LBB is a 12-week minimum commitment

Payments: You can pay monthly or upfront - whatever works best for you. After 12 weeks, you will have the option to stay on a monthly rolling basis for as long as you like.

No refunds: This is a coaching service with instant access to resources and support so there are no refunds whether you pay upfront or monthly.

Your responsibility: I provide the tools, structure and support - but your results depend on taking action and following the process. You cannot expect the best results if you don't follow the instructions or only show up 50%.
