I’m a body transformation coach who helps women 40+ get leaner, stronger, and finally see results through strategic training, smart nutrition and a sustainable phase-based approach.
But I didn’t always know how to do this.
I used to believe I needed to eat as little as possible, do endless cardio, and constantly chase fat loss to get the body I wanted. I worked hard, stayed disciplined, and felt frustrated AF when my body wasn’t changing.
Everything shifted when I learned the science of fat loss, building muscle and how to work WITH our metabolism to get and keep results.
Now I help women break free from the same cycle of under-eating, over-exercising and second guessing themselves.
