If you’re working out from home, we’ll build a plan that fits.

If you’re already in the gym but not seeing results, I’ll teach you how to train with intention - not just go through the motions.

You’ll learn how to lift properly, progress safely, and actually feel the muscles you’re trying to build - because that’s where the real change happens.

NUTRITION

Forget food rules, restriction or cutting out everything you love.

We’ll create a nutrition strategy that fits your goals and real life - flexible enough for social plans but structured enough to move you forward.

You’ll learn how to fuel your body for performance and results, how to eat for your phase of training and how to stop the “on track / off track” cycle for good.

I’ll show you how to make smart adjustments week to week, so you know exactly what’s working - no confusion, no overwhelm.

You’ll get your workouts and progress tracking inside my coaching app, plus weekly check-ins so we can review what’s working, make adjustments and keep you moving forward.

You’ll also have direct messaging access for support, questions or when you just need to talk things through.

You don’t need to track all 3 macros, but I do ask all clients to track calories and protein.

This gives you structure and awareness while still allowing plenty of flexibility - no cutting out foods you love or following rigid meal plans.

I don’t hand out meal plans because I want you to learn how to build a way of eating that actually fits your lifestyle.
I’ll show you how to create your own plan around your targets so you’ve got both freedom and direction.

Tracking is simply the most effective way for me to monitor your intake and make the right adjustments - and it gets the best results, without restriction.

Yes - because building and maintaining muscle is essential if you want to change your body shape, boost your metabolism and get lasting results.

Training effectively (not just working out hard) is one of the key missing pieces for many women who feel stuck despite “doing everything right.”

Strength training is what helps you look leaner, more defined and get stronger - not bulky.

Don’t worry if you’re new to lifting or unsure where to start - I’ll guide you through everything so you feel confident, capable and see progress week by week.

No problem - that’s exactly why everything is customised.

If you’re managing an injury, we’ll tailor your training to work safely around it while still helping you progress. I’ve coached plenty of women through modifications, rehab phases and gradual rebuilds - so you’ll never be left guessing what to do.

If you have dietary needs or preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, intolerances, etc.), we’ll build your nutrition plan around them. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.

Nothing here is one-size-fits-all - we meet you where you are and build from there.

Probably not.

Before jumping into fat loss, we need to see where you’re at right now - how your body’s responding, what your current intake and training look like and how stressed or under-recovered you might be.

If your body isn’t in a good place to lose fat, we’ll start with a “reset” phase to get things firing properly first.

That way, when we do go into fat loss, your body actually responds - and you’ll see results that last instead of spinning your wheels.

You can absolutely train from home - many of my clients do.

To get the best results, you’ll need at least an exercise bench and a set of adjustable dumbbells. That setup allows us to train effectively and keep your workouts challenging as you get stronger.

A lot of my clients start simple and gradually add to their equipment over time as they progress - I’ll guide you on what’s worth investing in and when.

Whether you’re at home or in the gym, your program will be designed around what you have so you can keep building strength and seeing results.

1:1 coaching is a rolling monthly commitment so you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Most of my clients work with me for 8+ months because change does take time. On your onboarding call we'll create a roadmap for your transformation so you can understand the path ahead of you.

1-1 coaching is $257 USD per month.

To put that into perspective, it’s about the same as one in-person PT session.

But instead of just a single workout, you’re getting an entire transformation process built around you - your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

That includes your customised training and nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, app access, and ongoing support to help you actually apply everything in real life.

It’s not just coaching for your workouts - it’s coaching for your whole transformation.

We plan for it.

You and I will decide what matters most during that time - staying consistent, or taking a lighter approach.

Your training and nutrition can both be adjusted based on what you have access to, so you can keep progressing without feeling like everything’s gone off the rails.

You’ll have a weekly check-in where we review your progress, make tweaks and set your next steps.

Plus, you’ll have direct message access Monday–Friday for questions, feedback and support.
